Terms and Conditions of Sale
1: Currency.
All prices on this site are based on pounds sterling (£). Payments will be made in pounds sterling (credit cards: your credit card provider will charge sales in your local billing currency). We also show the price in Euros and US dollars, the exchange rate being set on a daily basis. This should only be used as a guide.
2: Payments.
We only accept online payments by credit card (Visa, Delta, Electron, Mastercard, JCB, Maestro & Solo) through our secure server. This method assures you of complete security and confidentiality.
3: Invoicing.
An invoice will be provided with all goods shipped. If you require the invoice to be sent under separate cover - e.g. if your purchase is a gift to be sent to the recipient - please indicate this in your order.
4: Warranties/Guarantees.
In addition to the provisions of current UK consumer protection legislation, we will honour the full manufacturers warranty on any product that we supply. Furthermore, we will replace any goods that we consider to be of unmerchantable quality.
* The Lifetime Guarantee applies to the frame only and not to the seat or any electrical component.
5: Quality of Goods, Fitness for purpose.
The goods we supply are original manufacturers stock suitable for the purposes described on this website and in the manufacturers literature (if any), provided that the equipment/goods are used in accordance with any instructions supplied and in accordance with good and normal practice.
6: VAT.
( UK Value Added Tax). Prices on this site are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added during the checkout process if the purchaser is a EU resident. (Residents of other countries: see Duties and local Taxes)
7: Duties and Local Taxes.
If local taxes and/or duties are due, you will receive a separate invoice from the carrier. Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of the destination country.
8: Shipping and Carriage.
The final price quoted on the payments page is the price of the goods including delivery to the stated destination. These charges include carriage by our nominated couriers to both home and overseas destinations.
9: Damage in Transit.
If you do receive damaged goods please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make a claim against the carrier’s insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as “Damaged package; goods not yet inspected” or similar to warn the carrier that a claim may be forthcoming.
10: Returns and Refunds.
If you receive goods in damaged condition or you deem as of unmerchantable quality, you must notify us by post or email within 4 days of receipt of the goods. You should then return the goods to us post-paid. On inspection and verification of your claim and verification that the goods are in perfect condition, we will arrange a credit or refund (whichever you prefer) of the full purchase price paid for the goods. Please note that the refunds will normally be made using the same method as the original payment (i.e. a credit card purchase will be refunded to your credit card account). This may take up to fourteen days to process.
11: Payment.
Under normal circumstances, goods must be paid for prior to dispatch.
12: Goods Not Available For Shipment.
Although we endeavour to keep reasonable stocks of all of our products, it may be possible for some goods not to be in stock at the time you place your order. In the event that we cannot ship your goods within 28 days of your order we will contact you by email to advise you on the situation.
13: Confidentiality.
We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential. We will never supply your personal details to any third party. Any other information supplied to us may be stored on our computer system for our convenience, but will never be supplied to any outside agency.
14: Statutory Rights.
Our terms and conditions in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
15: Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction
All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to English legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts
