Cantilever Staircase
It may only be a 3-bed semi but this new build designed and built by Ashley Miles Dennis of Ash Design in Rutland is boasting a 'Grand Designs' style cantilever staircase.
This is the focal point and the piece de resistance of the modern open plan ground floor living area. Not only is it probably a first for a 3-bed semi. It its also probebly the first for Rutland!
The backbone is a heavy duty steel structure that supports the steel steps that are then clad in a solid oak sleeve. The results are definitely very striking.
